Recently bought 3 rolls of alububble seconds. This was advertised as a layer of foil laminated to both sides of A layer of bubbles. There was a footnote to say the seconds may have Some splits or joins somewhere in the foil. The actual case turned out to be that the bubble layer was laminated on both sides for 5.2 metres only, then the inner foil layer stopped entirely, leaving only one side of foil layer, with splitting in places. This occurred for the three rolls purchased.
On collection of the rolls, I witnessed the produced being delivered down a "shaft". I was surprised and disappointed to see each roll being dropped from the area above, the roll ends hitting the concrete floor below with full force.
In conclusion, considering the way the product was treated in the storeroom, in conjunction with the product itself as compared with the advertised product, I feel duped and completely conned by the whole experience.
I await your response (if any) to my experience dealing with Faulkner Packaging.

I'm sorry that the seconds didn't satisfy your needs. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing the condition of individual rolls and you seem to have been particularly unlucky. It is not our intention to dupe or con anyone and we offer the seconds in good faith. If you would like to call in we gladly replace your three rolls with another three of your choosing.

Thank you for your email and kind offer of replacing the alububble rolls, which I availed of today.
The follow up service was excellent, I realise that sometimes things do go wrong, part of being human.
However, the after sales I experienced from yourself gives me confidence in shopping with Faulkners in the future.
Of course I will let other people know of the above when the opportunity arises.
