Q. Why can't I calculate the delivery charges on my order?

Because of the variety of product sizes in our range, each shipment is calculated individually. Our customer service staff will call you back to confirm the final charge if applicable.

Q. Can I add to my order to get free delivery?

Yes. You can amend your order at any stage up to despatch - either online, by phone or fax.

Q. Can I buy over the counter at your factory?

Personal callers are always welcome at out trade counter.

Q. What happens if I have a special pricing contract with you?

No problem. Your contract prices and special discounts will automatically override the prices in the store.

Q. If I don't see an item in your store, can you source it?

Absolutely. With nearly 150 years of experience behind us, we can source virtually any packaging materials. If we can't, we can certainly try and point you in the right direction.
