Finding Products
There are two ways to find the product you are looking for:
- By browsing through website categories
- By using the search engine on the right of the page.
To Browse for a particular product simply click on a category on the left hand column, choose a sub-category and so on, until you have found your desired product.
To use the Search Engine, you can enter the specific name (eg Jiffy padded bags), a less specific name (eg padded bags), or a general product name (eg bags). Each of the examples will list all products with the keyword entered.
Placing Your Order
When you have chosen the products and the quantities that you require, click on the "Buy Now" button. This will take you to your "Shopping Basket", where you will be able to view the item(s) you have ordered.To place your order you will have to log onto the website using your Username and Password.
When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click on the "Checkout" button. Check that the information is correct. Click on "Next".
You are then brought to the "Shipping" page. Here you can insert your "PO Number". At present shipping will be calculated after you have submitted your order. Click "Next".
You will then be brought to the "Payment" page. Here you can view the details of your order, including the pre-shipping costs total (including VAT).
At present when you place an order with the Discount Packaging Website, we will call you back to confirm details and to arrange payment method. When you are happy with the details, including the callback number, click "Submit".
We will then receive the order, update it with any promotional discounts or delivery charges and call you back as soon as possible to complete the transaction.

Faulkner Packaging Order FormIf you wish to use our website like a catalogue, please feel free to browse and fill in an order form which you can download here - Fax Order Form .When finished you can fax or post it to us.
Promotions & Discounts
Any promotional discounts or individual customer price agreements will be applied manually by our sales staff.
